To accomplish mass deportations a national emergency will be declared and the military will be deployed to help round up huge numbers of undocumented immigrants, placing them in holding facilities. The scene will resemble a humanitarian and civil liberties nightmare. For those in America who do not wish to see millions of people leave the country by force, should do what they can to help. That means that they must be willing to treat abuses of power as morally wrong. Something that can, and should be opposed.
They can document and communicate abuses of power; lobby state and local officials and support efforst to provide legal representation to immigrants
